Sunroom off of livingroom, great for winter gardening, grow salads all winter, and start those garden seedlings in the spring. The solar battery shed is off of this room too.

This lot, with the two houses, is approximately 37 acres, abbout 1/2 treed, ponderosa pine and some junipers, some of the pines are more than 200 years old. They are good for firewood to heat the house. About half is open land, with incredible views, and many gullies in the treed areas, good places to hide. It is on a private dirt road, near the interstate highway, about 25 miles from Wheatland, and 17 miles from Glendo, Wyoming. There are lots of deer, antelope, sometimes even elk, and many wild turkeys on the property. It is very near 2500 acres of state land, with access for hunting. We are still working on some parts of the home, so the price will depend on how much we finish when we find a buyer. The main house is approximately 2000 square feet.
